Not all cops are bad. However, I believe “99.9% of them are incapable of independent rational thought”. A 1997 pole reported in mainstream media stated that "60% of cops physically abuse their spouse". They didn’t say, “married cops”. They simply said “police”. I doubt 100% of cops are married. So, the percentage is larger than reported.
